Cecil is one of CDPA's shareholders.  He has worked for 25 years in the areas of accounting, individual taxation, and attestation services, which includes audit and review.  Cecil's expertise also includes corporate finance, personal tax return preparation, and due diligence engagements regarding the sale and purchase of small businesses.  He has received an AICPA Certificate of Educational Achievement in governmental/not-for-profit accounting and auditing.  Cecil is also licensed by the State of Alabama to provide life insurance.
