CDPA, PC, Announces Chris Anderson, CPA, Has Joined the Firm

Huntsville, AL – February 13, 2008 – CDPA, PC, announces that Chris J. Anderson, CPA, has joined the firm’s Audit department as a Senior Manager.

Anderson is responsible for managing audit and review engagements. This involves providing objective and independent audit and assurance services to evaluate an organization’s profitability, efficiency, and compliance with applicable laws and regulations. Anderson’s duties include supervising other CDPA audit staff in these engagements. His clients include governmental, not-for-profit and for-profit entities.

“We are very pleased to have Chris as a part of our team,” said Managing Partner David Christopher. “His years of experience working with PricewaterhouseCoopers will be very beneficial to us, as well as to our clients.”

Prior to joining CDPA, Anderson worked as an auditor for PricewaterhouseCoopers for more than 8 years. He graduated with distinction from the University of North Alabama with a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting and obtained a Master of Accountancy from the University of Alabama. Anderson received his CPA certification from the State of Alabama in 2000.

Anderson is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) and the Alabama Society of Certified Public Accountants (ASCPA). He is a native of Athens, where he currently resides with his wife, Elizabeth, and daughter, Ella. He is a member of Central Church of Christ and enjoys spending his free time outdoors.
